Adult Discipleship at Munsey is multi-faceted. 

 We have a variety of Sunday School Classes that meet on Sunday mornings from 9:50am-10:35am.  The classes vary from lecture to discussion to book studies and cover all age groups and stages of life.   A brief description of each class is listed on the Sunday School page.
 
On Wednesday nights, August-June, a wide array of classes are offered from 6:15-7:15.  Classes are offered in the area of Biblical/Theological Studies, Spiritual Formation, and Service opportunities.   The classes change on a frequent basis and enrollment is always open. 
 
Different than Sunday School and more than a social mixer, Small Groups offer unique opportunities to grow in grace through interaction and study (either heavy-duty or light). We meet people we might otherwise never cross paths with in a large church, and we are blessed by new and enduring friendships. We are challenged by study and prayer that engage both head and heart. We disengage from the same ol’, same ol’, and find ourselves making progress on a faith journey!
 
Lunch Bunch – a discussion group using Adam Hamilton’s Christianity and World Religions: Wrestling with Questions People Ask. Participants are invited to brown bag lunch. That’s why it’s called the Lunch Bunch!   Led by Claire Lovelace and Marjorie Wilson.
· Wednesdays, 12:00-1:30, starting September 12th, in LL14. 
· $13 for the book – read the first chapter before the first gathering
 
Girlfriends in God – a place for women to simply be and breathe together for an hour in the presence of God. This group shares devos from the Psalms and Proverbs as we enjoy sabbath moments in the middle of the week. 
· Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm in the library conference room. 
 
Contineo – a time and place to enjoy the company of God and each other. Light reading of just a chapter a week from The Power of a Whisper: Hearing God, Having the Guts to Respond to generate discussion. Will include a unique approach to prayer. Facilitated by Patty Muse.
· Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30pm in the parlor.
· $15 for the book
 
 Our Women's Bible Study, called the Martha Wexler Bible Study (MWBS) meets on Monday and Tuesday mornings during the school year. At this time they are doing a Beth Moore study.
 
All men are invited to the Men's Prayer Group that meets every Thursday at 6:30 am in the CLC Meeting Room. A time for scripture and prayer are offered and you will be out of the door by 7:30 am to begin your day. Please use the upper parking lot entrance.
